Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: Graduate with relevant practical experience, concerned higher education / MBA will be preferred. With 25 years of overall industry experience, out of which 5 – 10 years of highly relevant experience in the steel & metals industries. Strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen. Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to manufacturing, supply chain, product development, project management, marketing, and sales, etc. Proven ability to lead teams, motivate others, communicate complex ideas clearly.
