Positions Vacant:
1. Security Officers
Responsibilities of the Jobs: To analyze and bring improvement in existing security arrangements of the Bank. To ensure implementation of security-related SOPs and provide a foolproof and secured environment to employees, visitors, and stakeholders of the Bank. To ensure that disaster recovery, business continuity, incident response, and security risk management needs of the Bank are properly addressed. To develop and maintain close liaison with local administration and law enforcement agencies regarding Bank’s security matters. To conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual tabletop testing, mock exercises, and rehearsal as per the approved plan of the Bank. To lead awareness and training initiatives for concerned staff on security-related technology/equipment/weapons and dealing with stakeholders visiting the Bank. Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
Qualification and experience required for the following positions: An ex-armed Forces Officer of the rank of Lt. Colonel / Major or equivalent as below: Army Fighting and Support Arms / SSG .”) Navy / Marines Operations / GD / SSG PAF Admin and Special Duties / SSG. Retired in 2016 or later. Officers on LPR are also eligible to apply. Demonstrated and proven track record of security and surveillance duties during the service. Prior experience in the role of provost and/or intelligence assignments of key point(s) / security of sensitive/military installation(s) will be preferred. Officers having qualified PSC / ISC / LSC, equivalent or higher qualification shall be given preference. Anti-Terrorist / Security related training / course(s) will be an added advantage. Officers compulsorily retired from armed forces on discipline/inefficiency / medical grounds are not eligible to apply.
