Positions Vacant:
1. Director General Human Resources / Chief HR Officer
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: The minimum academic qualification for this role is a graduate bachelor’s degree in business administration, social sciences, or relevant fields from a national or foreign university recognized by HEC. You will have at least 15 years of professional experience with at least 4 years in Head of HR or equivalent position in large national or international companies organizations in a relevant position wherein you would have had a proven track record of leadership in the HR function. Excellent interpersonal, communication, team-building, and engagement skills with the expertise to negotiate on complex scenarios with an impactful result-oriented personality. You must have experience of superior technology-driven organizations with knowledge of design and execution of world-class HR systems and creation of digitalization experiences for employees – organization transformation expertise and execution will be highly preferred. Start-up experience will be highly preferred with experience in establishing the function of HR throughout the organization, enabling an agile operating structure, governance of clearly communicated organization regulations, policies and procedures.
