Positions Announced:
1. Chief Executive Officer
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will report to the Board of Directors (BoD) and will work closely with BoD in the development of a strategic plan to advance the Company’s mission and objective in the interest of the public. The CEO is responsible to lead and supervise SIEHS’s province-wide operations through the Executive Committee and senior management team to achieve the objectives of the Company in line with Governmental agreement as well as relevant regulatory stipulations. provide strategic inputs for the future of SIEHS’s growth and excellence in ambulatory, training, and telehealth functions for sustainable operations. Liaise with different tiers of relevant Government departments especially Health, Finance, and Rehabilitation for relevant reporting, coordination, and support. Design and develop operational business plans and ensure proper implementation organization-wide and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to adequately safeguard all financial and other business-related transactions and to carry it out in a professional and efficient manner.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: Master’s Degree in Public Health/Public Policy/Strategic Planning/Business Administration/Public Administration/ Management Sciences/Social Sciences from an Internationally Accredited/HEC-recognized institute of high reputation. Minimum 10 years of experience In C-Level positions in renowned Provincial/Federal/Public/Private Organizations or SMEs. Preference will be given to candidates having worked in similar positions.
AGE: Preferred age range of 40 to 60 at the time of application.
