Positions Vacant:
1. SEVP / Group Chief – Centralized Operations
Qualification / Experience / Skills: Minimum Graduation from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institution. Preferably Masters from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institution.
Minimum 15 years of Banking experience including 5 years in a Senior Leadership Role running an entire or large part of the Operations of a Bank. Must be hands-on and should have detailed knowledge of Retail, Corporate. Treasury, Trade, and Cash Management Operations. The leadership of large teams. Analytical Skills, Critical thinking, and Multi-tasking Team Building, Interpersonal and Communication Skills Detail oriented with knowledge of regulatory frameworks Ability to work under pressure, problem-solving skills, and decision making.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Senior Management / Group Chiefs as a key enabler of the Bank’s overall strategy. Ensure that the Centralized Operations Group is managed in an effective and efficient manner, including but not limited to the Operations of Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade, and Cash Management. Translate the business and strategic goals into operational plans achieving desired results. Identify and optimize opportunities for achieving operational excellence. Generate ideas and bringing best practices in operational activities to ensure cutting edge strategy; maintain up to date knowledge of the marketplace. systems, competitors, and trends. Review key operational risk indicators on a periodic basis for all segments and devise action plans to minimize the Bank’s exposure to frauds and losses. Support Business to identify areas of operational risk exposure and help develop and implement corrective actions. Ensure that all operations and activities are carried out in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines including but not limited to the Prudential Regulations.
