Positions Announced:
1. Divisional Head — IT Operations (SVP / EVP)
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field from HEC recognized University / Institute. Minimum 12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in IT Operations and/or IT Production Support and/or IT Systems Development and/or IT Systems Support in either the Banking or Financial Services sector.
• To scale systems sustainably through automation and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.
• To connect the dots during a production event through the various technology stacks that makes up the platform in order to optimize mean time to recover.
• To ensure smooth operation of Core Banking Application (CBA), integration, data migration activities of all CBA branches.
• To ensure smooth and seamless operations of all Non-CBA and allied applications.
• To oversee the user access management of all applications running in the Bank.
2. Wing Head – Networks & Data Center (VP / SVP)
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field from HEC recognized University / Institute.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years of Cyber Security experience in either IT Infrastructure Networks or Datacenters.
• To manage and lead the IT Infrastructure Networks and Data Centers teams.
• To ensure Cyber and Information Security best practices are adopted and implemented as an integral part of Strategy, Architecture, Design, and Implementation.
• To comply with Enterprise Governance and Risk Management Frameworks.
• To drive network transformations, including the development of strategies and implementation plans to manage processes, automation, documentation, in accordance with required security and ICT policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
• To manage and support primary and DR Data Centers to ensure SLAs are achieved and the data center environment uptime is maximized.
