Positions Vacant:
1. Manager – HR Information System
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant positions: Minimum Bachelors from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institution, Master’s degree would be preferred.
Minimum 5 years of working experience out of which 3 years must be in managing HRIS (SAP Preferably) for any reputable organization.
In-depth knowledge of SAP data processing and reporting. Understanding of SAP design, configuration & implementation.
Duties / Responsibilities:
To manage the project timelines and update stakeholders for proactive decision making. To manage all activities related to HRIS (SAP) implementation projects and liaise with the technology group for resolution. To recommend various checks and control mechanisms in the system to reduce the margin of errors. To ensure systematic development in line with policy and procedures of the Bank resulting in automated and efficient workflows. To ensure that all HRIS (SAP) project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives. To Implement HRIS (SAP) success factor system and other modules of SAP. To resolve and escalate issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To communicate, coordinate, and control the implementation of the HRIS (SAP) module by arranging training for project members and users.
