Positions Vacant:
1. Senior Manager Operations
Qualification / Experience required for the following position: MBBS / MPH or Master’s degree in Business Administration / Healthcare Management At least 8 years (senior management experience. proven substantial leadership and operational management experience and success in leading, managing, setting strategies for a medium to large healthcare provider setting Working experience with big dialysis centers/kidney hospitals will be preferred
Responsibilities and Duties: To provide direction for strategic and operational matters including clinical delivery, financial, human resource, and quality management in accordance with the vision, mission, values, and policies of the organization. To ensure compliance with rules and regulations of governing/accrediting bodies by monitoring operations and initiating changes where required. Developing, implementing, and evaluating short and long-term goals and objectives to ensure consistency with organizational goals. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems. processes, and designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization. Conduct continuing Quality assessment and improvement analysis and evaluation of patient care delivery and communicate to the administration on the activities/ issues of patient care services. Direct day to day administration and coordination of designated departments and services as assigned. Participate in the preparation of budget evaluate staffing, equipment, supply needs; prepare justifications and cost-benefit analyses: review and recommend approval of expenditures.
