1. Senior Social Specialist
Qualification / Experience required for the following position and job: Master’s Degree (sixteen years of education) in Social Work/Sociology/Development Studies/Anthropology/Project Management/Economics or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institution. Overall 10 years experience with at least 05 years experience in planning & implementation of development projects relating to Senior Social social sectors. Knowledge of participatory development and social mobilization Specialist techniques. Demonstrative technical and management skills. Experience in managing projects with involuntary resettlement and voluntary land donation will be accorded due weightage. Written and oral fluency in English and oral fluency in Pashto is required. Proficiency in Urdu shall be accorded due weightage. Demonstrated Computer Skills (Proficiency in using computer desktop application MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
