Qualification required for the following vacant position: Masters Degree in Engineering from reputed Foreign or HEC recognized University. Preference may be given to individuals having Diplomas / Degree/ Experience in Project Management.
Experience required for the following vacant position: Minimum Experience of 15 years at senior management position preferably National / International Level Projects and at least 05 years as independent Head. Experience of a Leadership role in a large Govt. / Semi-Govt / Private Organization, Managing various portfolios and delivery of Key and Multidisciplinary Projects. Possess excellent leadership and business process re-engineering, startup operation, strategic analysis, and management knowledge of corporate restructuring and investment planning skills. Drive the organization through change management process with new technology trends and sound knowledge of setting up mufti disciplinary team for execution of defense-related projects. Possess experience in contract negotiations and dealing with tri-services/ Armed Forces and Production Organizations.
Age limit required for the job: The upper age limit is 55 Years, Relaxable on the basis of experience in a specialized field.
