Positions Vacant:
1. Manager Supply Chain / Warehouse Incharge
Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and maintain Inventories against Production Forecast in coordination with H.O. & Factory Production Staff Manage all Inbound and Outbound Inventory Logistics in coordination with Head Office Manage & maintain proper Storage of Inventories in Warehouse following GMP & HSE requirements Perform Effective Physical Inventory Controls and complete Monthly Stock Counts, and Reconciliation with System generated Reports Perform Return Goods 8 Recyclable Inventory Maintenance. Recording 8 Reporting Develop Weekly / Monthly Inventory Reports with Statistical Data and regular Analysis of Excess / Obsolete Urgent Action Inventories to Head Office (Optimum Inventory Levels Meets Warehouse Operational Requirements by scheduling & assigning Personnel and Equipment. Following up on Work Results Develop and measure Standard Metrics related to Warehouse Flow, identify and implement Continuous Improvement Opportunities. Standard Operating Procedures, Cost Reduction Initiatives and monitor Effectiveness of Process Modification Motivate, Train and Monitor the Staff to ensure Targeted Performance
Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: The Candidate must be MBA Supply Chain / Masters with at least 7 Years Experience of at least 3-4 Years in the same Position.
