QESCO intends to hire consultancy services for a period of two years for rural Electrification, System Augmentation Program (SAP), and Deposit work. The scope of work is as under: Technical and Financial review and vetting of estimates prepared by the client and its verification using GPS/GIS technology GPS/ GIS License must be in the name of the company. Control of issuance of material to the contractors as per the estimates. Verification of materials installed at site and preparation of reconciliation statements. Monitoring of Construction works with reference to the specifications and standards laid down by the Clients. Submission of Monthly progress reports. Assistance to be provided to the client in the acceptance of the completed projects. Preparation of Completion Report A-90. Verification of Completion Report A-90. Eligibility Criteria:
a. Overall Experience of the company relating to power projects: 20% b. Relevant experience of the consultant related to the specific assignment: 15% c. Financial capability: 10% d. Availability of the T&P: 10% e. Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology in responding to the TOR (scope of services for (SAP &REP): 15% f. Qualifications, competence, and availability of the key staff for the assignment: 30% QESCO now invites eligible consultancy firms/consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants should provide information that they have required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services.

For the said purpose Consultants who have necessary qualification and experiences should submit their Technical & Financial Proposals documents in the office of the undersigned at Project Director Construction QESCO Quetta by 03-09-2020 at 14:00Hrs and the Technical Proposal will be opened on the same date at 15:00 Hours in the presence of representatives of firms. Financial Proposal will be opened after technical evaluation for only technically successful firms.
