Positions Vacant: 

1. Chief Executive Officer

Qualification and experience required for the following position: The ideal candidate should hold a minimum of Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized university or institutions) in any or combination of Engineering, Economics, CA, Energy Management, Finance/Accounting, and Business Administration. The Candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience including at least 5 year’s power sector experience in a senior management position at a large public or private sector company. candidates with experience in the renewable energy sector in senior positions shall be preferred.

2. Chief Technical Officer

Qualification and experience required for the following position: Bachelor’s degree in EltxtricalfElectronic Engineering from HEC Recognized University. At least 15 years of relevant experience in the power sector including at least 3 years renewable sector experience in a senior management position at a lap: public or private sector company. The candidate should be PEC Registered. Master in the field of renewable technologies will be preferred.

3. General Manager Plant

Qualification and experience required for the following position: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from HEC Recognized University. At least 15 years relevant experience in IPP, power sector national & multi-national Companies in operation and maintenance of power plants including at least 5 years renewable sector experience in a senior management position at large public or private sector company, switchgear, control panels, and MV/LV distribution. The candidate should be PE registered with PEC. He should be familiar with all applicable software. A Master’s degree in the relevant field will be preferred.

4. Company Secretary / Manager Legal

Qualification and experience required for the following position: (a) Member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or (b) Member of a recognized body’ of corporate or chartered secretaries; or (c) Person holding an LLB / LLM.
Degree from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least 5 years Power Sector Legal/Secretarial experience mandatory. A person with a legal background will be preferred.

5. Manager Finance

Qualification and experience required for the following position: CA / ACMA / ACCA / ICAEW /M.COM / MBA -Finance from a 14EC recognized university with 5 years post qualification experience of dealing, affairs of accounts/procurement matters in Government. semi Government or Private Organization. Power sector experience candidates will be preferred.
