Positions Announced:
1. Hospital Director
The Hospital Director shall possess a recognized Master’s Degree in Hospital Management or Health Services Management or Business Management or Public Health or Public Administration or any other relevant management qualifications. The candidate, who possesses a recognized medical degree may also apply for the post of Hospital Director with the condition that he shall have an additional management degree and required experience. The candidate must have a minimum of 07 years of experience, working in a senior management position in a major hospital, or health care institution.
Main Responsibility: The Hospital Director has responsibility for all non-clinical functions of the hospital, including finance, budgeting, ancillary services, building maintenance, human resources, administration, Procurement, business plan development & execution, etc. Member of MC, Heads Hospital Management Committee for issues related to space, building, supply chain, pharmacy, and information services. The Hospital Director will report to the board of governors.
