Positions Vacant:
1. President / Chief Executive Officer
Qualification and eligibility criteria: The incumbent applying for the captioned assignment must meet the following criteria a minimum qualification of graduation or equivalent Degree in the discipline of banking, finance, economics, business administration, and related fields. Experience: Must be a career banker having at least 5 years of experience at senior level as EVP and above or equivalent i.e. Group Head of Financial / Business Line in a Bank and possess expertise and skill set to undertake responsibilities of the position effectively and prudently. Candidates having experience in Rural Micro-Finance /Agri. Financing shall be preferred. Besides the candidates should be able to pass the Fit & Proper Test circulated by the State Bank of Pakistan (http://www.sbp.org.pk/bprd/2007/End-FPT-C4.pdf) Age Limit: Minimum=40 years, Maximum=65 years. Pay Package: As per Management Position Salary Package Negotiable depending upon the qualification & experience of the person selected.
