Positions Vacant: 

1. Senior Legal Advisor 

Qualification / Experience required for the job: An advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan has at least twenty years of active practice at the Bar.
Age limit required for the job: Age 55 years.

Remuneration: The Senior Legal Advisor shall be paid remuneration @ Rs.1,00,000/- lumpsum per month subject to approval by the Government as per instructions laid down in the Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department’s letter No.Gen:2- 1/2008/1941 dated 14.05.2011.

Duties: To tender legal advice. To defend, contest, and appear In the courts In all types of legal proceedings on behalf of Agency. To elaborate, prepare para wise comments on behalf of the Agency/Province of Punjab and coordinate with higher offices I.e. D.G office, Secretary HUD&PHED. To prepare and file appeals in the courts of law on behalf of the Agency / Province of Punjab. Vetting of contracts/agreements. Any other proposition related to other official matters.
