1. Chief Operating Officer

BSc/BE Engineering preferably in Mechanical/ Metallurgy. Overall 20 years experience including 5 years in a leadership role in an engineering setup. Having expertise in operational excellence including efficiency improvement and cost optimization tools (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

2. Director Production

BE/ BSc Engineering preferably in Mechanical / Metallurgy. Overall 20 years experience including 5 years as Head Production in an engineering setup.

3. Director Supply Chain Management

BE/ BSc Engineering, MBA / MSc or equivalent post-graduation, and 20 years experience in Supply Chain Management preferably in an engineering setup

4. Director of Engineering & Projects

BE/ BSc Engineering preferably in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Civil. Overall 20 years experience including 5 years in EPC and Hydro Power Projects.

5. Dy. General Manager (Coord)

Graduate preferably MBA along with a minimum of 8 to 10 years post qualification relevant experience. Ex-Military Officers up to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel shall be preferred.

6. Manager (HR)

MBA HR. Overall 8 to 10 years post qualification experience including 3 to 5 years at managerial level in an engineering setup.

7. Manager Proposal

BE Mechanical with 5 to 10 years of experience in contracts/proposals in an engineering setup.
