1. Joint Director (Law)
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Professional degree in law i.e. LLB or equivalent from an HEC-recognized educational institution, however, preference may be given to the candidate possessing an LLM degree or Bar-at-Law or Ph.D. in Law. A minimum of 8 years of experience in law practice and; or working as in-house counsel or legal consultant is required. The applicants having experience in the following areas may be preferred subject to other suitable requirements: • Demonstrated experience in opinion writing, and corporate, commercial, taxation, and insurance issues • Demonstrated understanding of dispute resolution mechanism • Exposure to commercial, and financing. construction and concession agreements, and associated documents • Exposure to Regulatory laws and issues of the Energy/Power industry • Ability in handling local international complex commercial litigation and arbitrations • Excellent communication skills • Proficient in MS Word, and MS PowerPoint knowledge and skills use MS Excel will be given due weightage
