Positions Vacant:
1. Deputy General Manager (Admin & Security)
Qualification / Experience: Any Master Degree.Total-experience 17 years minimum. Experienced professional in General administration and security infrastructure related to natural resources sector like mining, upstream oil, and gas. Preferably have prior experience of leading the Security setup of mining or upstream oil and gas company and in dealing with local administration and security agencies. Experienced in managing office and logistics administration of a commercial organization. Prior military experience at a commissioned officer rank is preferred.
2. Deputy General Manager (Health, Safety, and Environment)
Qualification / Experience: Bachelors of Engineering, Total experience of 17 years of experience with 05 years at a Managerial level within HSE function. HSE professional experienced in developing and maintaining HSE management systems at the corporate level within mining, upstream oil and gas, or energy sectors. Certified in NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001, ISO 14001. Knowledge of OSHA and NEQS.
3. Deputy General Manager (Legal & External Affairs)
Qualification / Experience: BA-LLB with a minimum of 17 years experience with 05 years experience at a Managerial level in Legal Function. Experienced law professional well versed in dealing with legal affairs at a corporate level, handling of legal issues of a commercial organization operating in the natural resources sector. Experience in handling legal matters related to Mining Concession Rules and Commercial Agreements in the natural resource sector will be favorably looked upon.
4. Chief Geologist
Qualification / Experience: Master’s Degree in Geology with a minimum of 17 years relevant experience. Geosciences professional with a track record of driving and leading a minerals exploration function in the mining industry. Must have experience in leading studies and evaluation of metallic mineral resources using the latest techniques and software. Experienced in dealing with international mining consultant companies
5. Doctor / Lady Doctor
Qualification / Experience: MBBS or above from a recognized medical college/university. 12- 15 years minimum. Registered with PM&DC. Experienced medical practitioner, well versed in dealing with emergency cases in the mining industry.
