Positions Announced:
1. AGM, HR & Administration
A public sector company based in Karachi is looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM), Human Resources and Administration to join its team. The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company.
Key Responsibilities: In this position, we need a result-oriented professional with solid experience in human resource management, administration, and training & development. He/she would be aware of the best and most current industry practices in HR and must have a demonstrated track record of successfully developing and implementing an effective HRM system. The AGM would provide strategic human resources leadership and would plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and employee surveys to support the organization’s human resource needs while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. On the administration side, the role is responsible for all areas of logistics, general office administration, health and safety, inventory, and vehicles management.
Qualification: Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a major in HR, or Master of Human Resource Management (HRM) or Management Sciences from a reputable HEC recognized university, with preferably an SHRM certification. Foreign, relevant qualifications in the same discipline will be considered an added advantage.
Experience: At least 12 years of post-qualification, relevant experience in HR/Administration, including 4 years in a similar role.
