Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: Candidate must have a minimum degree of LLB with at least 15 years post qualification experience as an advocate of the High Court with specialized experience of 5 years in the energy and financial sector. The candidate should have expertise in handling corporate legal matters, drafting laws. rules & procedures. and making laws amended through relevant Government Authorities and Ministries. The candidate should be well versed with the energy and financial sector regulatory authorities, by-laws, acts. rules & regulations. as well as procedures.
