P&SHD Punjab invites applications for the following positions mentioned as follows. Positions Vacant:
1. Statistical Officer
Qualification / Experience required for the following: At least, Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education), in Economics and Statistics, Statistics, Economics or any other field relevant; from a foreign or local university, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Experience At least, five (05) years of verifiable relevant experience, after acquiring stipulated qualifications, in performing statistical analyses in an analytics and/or research context vis a vis descriptive and inferential statistics. Demonstrated experience in producing detailed written statistical reports.
2. Data Analyst (2 Positions)
Qualification / Experience required for the following: At least, Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education) Statistics, Economics Bio-Statistics / Mathematics / Business Management / Data Analytics or any other relevant field; from a foreign or local university, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Certifications and diplomas related to Data Science and Data Analytics shall be accorded due weightage. Experience At least, two (02) years of experience, after acquiring stipulated qualifications, in Data Processing / Data science / Analysis preferably in the public sector. Relevant experience in data analytics pertaining to the health sector shall be accorded due weightage. Apprenticeships in data analysis pertaining to the Relational Database Management System shall be given more advantage.
3. General Assistant (3 Positions)
Qualification / Experience required for the following: Undergraduate degree from a reputable university. At least, five (05) years of prior relevant experience; in handling administrative responsibilities preferably in the health sector. Experience in preparing reports, drafting letters, and minutes. Knowledge of government procedures and practices would be an added advantage.
