Positions Vacant:
1. Assistant Manager of Finance and Corporate Governance
Duties and Job Responsibilities:
Analyze and present Financial Statements of Group Companies Evaluate existing financial status and propose financial plans for improvement Produce reports, presentations, and briefs. Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Director. Manage any other work assigned.
Qualification and experience required for the following vacant positions: Chartered Accountant or part Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 2 years post qualification/ articles relevant experience. Should be Proficient in IFRS / IAS and Corporate Laws. Proven work experience of listed companies in the textile and or auto sector.
Skills required for the following position: MS Office and English proficiency. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Discretion and confidentiality.
