Applications are invited for the following contract appointments of Project Management Unit (PMU) “48 MW Jagran-II Hydropower Project (Distt Neelum AJ&K)” on a fixed pay package against the scheme “Capacity Building of AJ&K Power Development Organization” to be financed by Agence Francaise de Development (AFD). Candidates who have CGPA instead of marks in their degree/ transcript are required to provide Mark Conversion Certificate from the relevant university. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Government employees can apply through proper channel along with departmental NOC. Only short-listed candidates shall be called for an interview. No TA/DA will be paid for the test/ interview. The title of the position must be written on the top right-hand corner of the envelope. Positions Vacant:
1. Quantity Surveyor
Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: i) B.Sc. Engineering in Civil Discipline. ii) Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). iii) Minimum 05 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in large infrastructure projects. Experience in the Hydropower sector will be preferred. Must be proficient in the use of software, AutoCAD & M.S Office.
Note: Preference shall be given to AJK State subject holder, however, in case of non-availability of a suitable candidate from AJ&K, candidates out of AJ&K can be considered.
