1. Head of Human Resource
Qualification / Experience: The preferred qualification is MBA or Master’s Degree in Psychology. The higher relevant qualification will be an advantage. As a special case, the graduate may be considered provided she /he has exceptional experience and track record. In the case of candidates with preferred qualifications, or equivalent /higher degrees, the experience requirement will be a minimum of 15 years with at least 5 years in a similar position in a medium to large Insurance Company/financial institution. In the case of graduates, the minimum experience required will be 20 years with at least 5 years in a similar position in a medium to the large insurer/financial institution. Experience in managing a medium-sized HR department is essential.
