Positions Announced:
1. Procurement and Contract Management Specialist
Qualification / Experience Bachelor’s degree or above in (Civil/Elect/Mech) Engineering or equivalent with Masters’s degree in relevant discipline of Engineering or MBA in Project Management, from a recognized university with at least Five (05) years or above relevant experience in Procurement and Contract Management and at least 03 years of experience of working on World Bank / Foreign Funded Projects. Excellent writing and communication skills, computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). MS Project Certification. Experience of working on infrastructure projects (Consultancy + Works) / projects funded by donor agencies shall be preferred.
2. Financial Specialist
Qualification / Experience Masters’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance, preferably CPA-USA/CA/ACCA (or equivalent) from a recognized university with at least Ten (10) years or above relevant experience, with progressive responsibility of financial management services (post-qualification) in the public and private sector. High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, Mac iOS, etc.), excellent web navigation skills with SAP R3 certification. Experience of working on infrastructure projects (Consultancy + Works) / projects funded by donor agencies shall be preferred.
Note: The consultant shall be selected in accordance with (Section-VI) Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants of World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPP Borrowers 2016 (Revised November 2017, August 2018, and November 2020).
