Bahria Institute of Teachers Training (BITT) is an entity of the Pakistan Navy conducting teachers’ training programs for the faculty of Educational Institutions of Pakistan Navy all over Pakistan. The Institute invites applications from well-experienced and qualified Male / Female candidates for the post of Deputy Director (Academics).

1. Deputy Director (Academics)
Key Responsibilities: Deputy Director (Academics) will be responsible for: Planning, designing, and conducting teachers’ training courses/workshops/ lectures/tailor-made modules in Science/Arts subjects and Educational Leadership & Management as well as acting as Master Trainer. Liaison with reputed teachers’ training institutes/ organizations for professional development of the faculty of all PN Educational Institutions.
Qualification: Candidates must have a qualified M Phil / Master’s Degree (in any School-related Science/Arts subject) with M.Ed from HEC recognized university. Higher Degree holders in education and teacher professional training will be preferred. They must have effective oral and written communication skills in English.
Experience: At least 5 years in teachers’ training in reputable educational organizations. and 5 years in teaching Science/Arts subjects in a reputed School/College. Age Limit: Maximum 50 Years (relaxable).
Pay Package: Lump sum salary package commensurate with individuals. Nature of Job: Full time and on a contract basis which will be annually renewed depending on the performance. Traveling for training across Pakistan is also mandatory.
