Positions Announced:
1. Consultant
i). Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in detailed engineering design and construction supervision, with a focus on office buildings and road infrastructure projects of similar complexity, as the firm’s core business,
indicating the nature and scope of these assignments in areas of structural design, architectural design, construction supervision, procurement, contract administration, quality assurance, environment, management planning, and implementation of the resettlement action plan.
ii). Demonstrate a proven track record by successfully completing at least ten (10) similar assignments (buildings and road infrastructure projects) within the past ten (10) years. Provide details about these projects, highlighting involvement in the design, construction supervision, procurement, contract administration, quality assurance, environmental compliance, management planning, and the implementation of resettlement action plans including information about payments made to the. firm, person-months involved, and assignment durations.
iii). Provide details about the logistical capacity of the firm, including the number of owned vehicles, survey equipment, IT equipment, and software (preference will be given to the firm having the latest equipment and
technology).
iv). Specify the number of technically qualified full-time employees within the firm who possess expertise in design and construction supervision. Key experts will not be evaluated, and CVs need not be submitted at the
shortlisting stage.

Consultants are requested to submit at least the following supporting documents in support of the above-mentioned criteria: (a) Registration documents of the firm(s); (b) JV agreement/letter of intent (if applicable); (c) Firm’s brochure and (d) completion certificates’ copies of the contract(s) etc., to substantiate the experience and projects requirements. And
details with supporting documents to substantiate the logistic and management capacity.
