1. Consultant
The Project Architect/Engineer will have a Master’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a recognized university together with Proven design skills Proven project management skills Fluency in English Computer skills -AutoCAD, MS Office, etc. Professional experience The Project Architect/Engineer should have at least 12 years post qualification professional experience which should have included: The management and supervision of large-scale construction projects. Management of architectural and engineering consultancy firms or large building works supervision teams A minimum of 4 years of executive level experience in the management and supervision of large-scale construction projects Preference will be given to those having; • Design & construction of health facilities/ buildings works • Management of disaster-related reconstruction and rehabilitation

The Health Department invites qualified individual consultants to express their interest in providing the aforementioned services. Interested individual consultants must provide: • A letter of Expression of Interest, providing information demonstrating ability, skills, and experience to undertake an advertised assignment and deliver inputs/ outputs required under the TOR. • A detailed, dated, and signed Curriculum Vitae highlighting qualifications and experience in carrying out similar assignments, as well as references for possible checks. • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. No TA &/or DA will be admissible. • In the case of foreign degrees, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided. • Original documents shall be produced at the time of the interview.
