Two photographs (b) Attested Copy of CNIC (c) Domicile (d) PRC (If applicable) For Department of Health candidates Only: The applicants from DOH or those who already working in teaching hospitals of the medical college will process their applications through proper channels along with all documents mentioned above and will be entertained after the approval of Secretary Health Govt. of AU&K. Direct application will not be entertained. Selected DoH employees will draw their salary against their respective/substantive posts at DoH. However, they may be entertained for teaching allowance as per budgetary provision/policy/approval of GoAJK. Preference will be given to state subject.
