Positions Announced:
1. Pool Manager
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC Candidates having a Master’s degree and/or Islamic Banking certification/degree or diploma will be preferred. Minimum 03 years of banking experience out of which at least 01 year in the area of Finance and/or Pool Management and/or Data Analytics Candidates having working experience in Islamic banking would be preferred Strong analytical skills Problem-solving and decision-making skills Expertise in Accounting and related reporting standards Sound knowledge of Islamic banking products Proficient in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
To maintain pool balance sheet, income statement, documents for auditors to control on Pool Management System and coordinate with branches for MIS submission related to funds movement To monitor and ensure pool amendment through revision in Profit Sharing Ratio (PSR), weightage or asset transfers according to the inflows and outflows of the fund To coordinate with branches MIS submission related to funds movement Shariah compliance department for day to day approvals along with reviewing To manage and identify bugs causing issues in system and report unreconciled general ledgers and error entries to resolve them To recommend pool creation amendment, transfer of assets to incorporate at the same time along with compiling daily deposit figures for CASA completion and assistance of fields To retrieve, upload, and deposit general ledger CSV file on Pool Management System along with assisting Wing Head on day to day assignments To execute monthly weightage, profit distribution as per pool after complying with Divisional Head commingled equity and tradable assets share requirement of the regulator To prepare monthly balance sheet and income statement according to the pool. Also, estimate income as per disbursement and share with the field of authorization
