Pakistan Medical Commission Islamabad has announced a new position. Applications are invited from eligible and qualified candidates to fill the following vacant positions mentioned as follows. The following vacant position is located in Islamabad. The job opportunity is available for the member administration of the national medical authority. Appointments shall be made transparently and on merit. Remuneration packages shall commensurate to the position and not be less than the existing MP1 scale. Positions Vacant:
1. Member Administration (and Human Resource)
Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: Masters in Business Administration or Masters in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC. Minimum Experience of 15 years, senior administrative and human resource management experience with senior-level decision-making background related to strategy development and operational management of reputable public or private institutions. In addition, the candidate should have the experience of developing HR strategies, HR systems, policies and procedures and establishing sound systems for recruitment, compensation, and benefits, performance management, learning and development of staff. Should have worked in a senior-level management human resource and administrative position preferably in a C – Suite position.
