Planning and Development Department KPK, Governance & Policy Project Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (GPP-KP) is a Multi Donors Trust Fund (MDTF) / World Bank-funded project, functioning under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Planning & Development Department. Positions Vacant:
1. Institutional Development Expert
Qualification / Experience: Applicants must have a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline. A minimum of 12 years’ substantial experience in leading institutional reforms of public sector organizations and organizational development especially those dealing with water governance. The candidate who has worked on similar assignments anywhere in Pakistan will be given preference. Solid track record of undertaking organizational reviews for institutions responsible for water resource governance in Pakistan. Solid track record and experience of engaging with senior government officials Solid writing and communication skills.
2. Legal Consultant
Qualification / Experience: Applicants must have a law graduate from a recognized university/college. A minimum of 8 years’ experience in framing rules and regulations and drafting legal tools. The candidate who has worked on a similar assignment anywhere in Pakistan will be given preference. Solid track record of undertaking legal reviews of acts. Solid writing and communication skills.
