Positions Vacant: 

1. Director Construction

Qualification and experience required for the job: Minimum BSC/ MSc Civil Engineer Registered with PEC, having at least ’15 years’ experience in Housing, Infrastructure Development & Building Projects. Conversant with Design related matters. MS Project Management will be preferred.

2. Project Manager

Qualification and experience required for the job: Minimum BSC/ MSc Civil Engineer Registered with PEC, having at least 10 years’ experience in Housing. Infrastructure Development & Building Protects. MS Project Management with at least ‘5 years of experience in a Managerial Post will be preferred.

3. Construction Manager (Building)

Qualification and experience required for the job: Minimum ‘8 years’ experience BSC Civil Engineer Registered oh PEC a ’20 years experience DAE Civil having the capability of managing Building Projects (Housing, Plaza & Power House, etc). MS Construction Management will be preferred.

4. QA / QC Manager

Qualification and experience required for the job: Minimum BSC / MSc Civil Engineer / Quality Management or other relevant degree having at least ’15 years’ experience in Housing, Infrastructure Development & Building projects. Foreign Certificates with Training in Quality Management having at least 5 years’ of relevant consultancy experience will be preferred

5. Quantity Surveyor

Qualification and experience required for the job: BSC Engineering / B.Tech (Civil) DAE (Civil) or other relevant degree having at least 13 years’ experience of Housing_ Infrastructure Development & Building Projects. Must be capable of Cost Estimation, BOQ Preparation Contracting & Billing.

6. Site Engineer

Qualification and experience required for the job: Minimum ‘3 years’ experience BSC Civil Engineer or DAE Civil with 10 years of experience in Housing, Infrastructure Development Building Projects, Capable of handing site independently.
