1. MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Minimum DAE Engineering with 8-10 years of relevant experience in Maintenance Works in housing societies. Be capable of managing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation. conduct regular inspection of developed areas to resolve problems, and check electrical and HVAC systems of building to ensure functionality. Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintain Logs.
2. MEP Manager
DAE/BTEC preferable with 8 years of relevant experience in a housing society. Be capable to ensure to use of connections that are energy efficient and reduce wastage. MEP engineers must be capable of ensuring the application of proper technology and the right materials in designing and installations of plumbing networks. Must be able to work in MS office.
3. ASSISTANT MANAGER PROCUREMENT
Master/Graduation with 4 years’ relevant experience. Be capable to ensure employer obtains quality products for competitive prices in a timely fashion. Plays an integral role in ensuring a company sticks to budgets and operates profitably. Must be able to work in MS office.
4. PROCUREMENT OFFICER
Min Graduation with 2 years experience. Also, be capable to create and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers. Estimate and establish budgets for purchases. Enable to make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment. Review all vendors and suppliers. Must be able to work in MS office.
5. STORE MANAGER
Master/ Graduation with 4-6 years experience. Be capable of overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Must be able to work in MS office.
