Positions Announced: 

1. Deputy Manager (Material Management)

The candidate should possess a Master / BS Degree with 16 years of education from HEC recognized university. AGE / ELIGIBILITY Maximum 62 years / Retired WAPDA / PEPCO / DISCOs / NTDC officers with good service record. Must have a minimum of 20 years of experience in Inventory Control / Material Management background to his credit. Must have full command of PPRA Rules. Must have sufficient experience in warehousing and store management in-line with the Computerized Store Inventory System (CSIS). Must have sufficient experience in logistics management and inventory system. Result-oriented, highly organized, and motivated. Excellent analytical, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Prudent decision-making.

Responsibilities: To ensure in-time material delivery from contractors/suppliers at all PWF Transformer Reclamation workshops. To coordinate with Quality Assurance & Inspection Directorate (MI) & Chief Engineer / D.G (P&D) WAPDA regarding the early inspection of material. To maintain the Bank Guarantees and afterward confirm to Manager Finance (PWF) for payment of Supplier’s Bills. To ensure prompt supply of POL from Oil Marketing Company (OMC) to all PWF Petrol Pumps. Follow up and ensure timely payment of POL to Oil Marketing Company (OMC). Monitoring Survey off reports of Unwanted Scrape Material and Dismantled Copper & Dirty Transformer Oil. Any other assignment as and when assigned by the PWF management.
