Positions Vacant: 

1. Assistant Director (Law) EG-2

Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: LLB (minimum 2nd Division) with minimum 3 years post qualification experience as an Advocate High Court OR Masters in Law with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience as an Advocate at High Court. Preference will be given to the candidates having the following: Regulatory experience Experience in handling matters relating to Telecom Laws, corporate/commercial laws Experience in the legal Advisory capacity with National / International organizations of repute.

Age limit required for the following position: 35 Year

2. Consultant (Law)

Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: Post Graduates Law / LLM (minimum 2nd Division) with minimum 8 years experience as an Advocate at High Court OR LL.B / Bar-at-Law (minimum 2nd Division) with minimum of 10 years experience as an Advocate at High Court. Proficiency in Computer is essential. Preference will be given to candidates having: Higher qualification Regulatory experience Experience of IT/ Telecom Laws Corporate Law Duties & Responsibilities: To appear in / assist on behalf of PTA before the Supreme Court, High Court, Sessions Courts, Wafaqi Mohtasib & District Revenue Officers wherever required. To pursue all the cases pending adjudication with Supreme Court of Pakistan, High Courts, District & Sessions Courts, Wafaqi Mohtasib, Tribunal, and District Revenue Officer/ Collector wherever required. To give legal opinions, reply to legal notices, preparing the court cases, etc. and assist during the meetings with Law Enforcement Agencies / Judicial Officers when required
