Positions Announced:

1. Chief Internal Auditor

A member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least five years of relevant experience in the field of audit or finance or compliance function and is a

i. certified Internal auditor; or

ii. certified fraud examiner; or

iii. certified internal control auditor; or A person holding a master’s degree in finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least ten years of relevant experience in the field of audit or finance or compliance function. Preference will be given to candidates having the following experiences.

• Familiarity of implementation of IFRS 17;

• Experience as a key officer (in fields of audit or finance or compliance) In the insurance industry;

• Experience in the public sector and professional know-how of public sector working structure;

• Knowledge of dealing with public procurement and know-how of PPRA Rules/Regulations;

• Exposure to ERP environment;

2. Chief Financial Officer

A member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least five years managerial experience in the fields of audit or accounting or in managing financial or corporate affairs functions of a company having total assets of five billion rupees or more; or A person holding a masters degree in finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least ten years of managerial experience in fields of audit or accounting or in managing financial or corporate affairs functions of a company. Terence will be given to candidates having the following experiences. • Experience in implementation of IFRS 17. • Experience as a key officer (fields of audit or accounting) in the insurance industry. • Experience in the public sector and professional know-how of public sector working structure. • Experience in dealing with public procurement and know-how of PPRA Rules/Regulations. • Exposure to ERP environment.
