Positions Announced:

Qualification / Experience: The successful candidate will be a graduate of an internationally recognized university and will have professional qualifications relevant to the management, control, and operational excellence of large commercial organizations. Minimum 25 years of post-qualification experience is a pre-requisite, of which at least 15+ years should be with the Oil & Gas Exploration and Production/ Petrochemical Industry with increasing responsibilities, with a minimum of 10 years in senior management positions. The candidate of choice would need to demonstrate an understanding of the dynamics of the Oil & Gas industry. Those with demonstrated operations and leadership experience will have an advantage. Preference will be given to those having experience with reputable companies in the Oil & Gas Exploration & Production sector.
First-class management experience, comfortable to operate at the Board level, with exceptional communication and people skills having a proven ability to provide inspirational leadership to energize the company at all levels and build a strong team of professionals with an effective succession plan. Analytical, intellectually strong, commercially astute, able to work with the Board to develop arid articulate clear strategic options, evaluate potential opportunities, high negotiating skills, a person who can plan, drive and achieve, effective implementation of plans and initiatives. Focus on delivery of results is imperative. Strength in inculcating a competitive environment striving for and rewarding excellence. Knowledge of operating environment: Clear understanding of the regulatory, commercial, political, and security environment within which he/she would have to operate and maneuver towards success.
