1. CFO

Qualification / Experience required for the following position: Chartered Accountant /Cost & Management Accountant an equivalent qualification. Member of a recognized body of professional accountants.  A Master’s degree in Finance is an equivalent qualification from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission. At least ten (10) years of post-qualification relevant experience as CFO, comfortable working at the board level with exceptional communication skills. Experience in and familiarity with the natural resources sector is preferred but not necessary.

Duration of the contract: The selected candidate will be appointed on a contract basis for a term of (3) years, extendable on satisfactory performance.
