Positions Vacant:
1. Manager of Operation Theater
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Preferably Bachelors with Diploma I Certification in OT/ health care management Having a minimum of 6-8 years experience in the reputed hospital inclusive of at least 03 years supervisory role experience Good computer skills and practical knowledge of HMS is mandatory
Job Description:
• Responsible for overall functions (technical I managerial in Operation Theater, Recovery Room, Anesthesia, CSSD & Daycare
• Maintain & review efficient schedule management of surgeries to avoid delays
• Ensure implementation of medication safety, compliance to Hospital policies guidelines
• Act as the liaison between OT, medical staff, and hospital administration
• Assist in the development and implementation of OT policies/procedures
• Maintain effective coordination with lab, radiology, pharmacy, and other associated departments for the smooth running of operation theater.
