Positions Vacant:
1. Chief Financial Officer
Qualification / Experience / Responsibilities required for this job: The CFO will be part of the senior management team and will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, reporting, tax, company audits, compliance, and banking relationships. 10+ years of post-qualification experience required; MBA and prior healthcare experience preferred.
2. Head of Quality Assurance
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: The candidate should have a minimum of 16 years of education in Health Sciences, Quality / Management Sciences, (clinical background preferred, e.g. MBBS). Certified QMS lead Auditor CPHQ, Lean Six Sigma certifications with 10 years experience. He/she should be capable of hospital compliance to Quality Standards including ISO and JCI standards.
3. Head of Nursing Department
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: The candidate must be dynamic, passionate, and supportive, and have a passion for leadership. Should possess the ability to handle multiple assignments & take appropriate action in complex situations along with leading the training and development of junior staff. She/he should have in-depth knowledge of cutting edge patient care and management principles. Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management required with 10+ years experience as Nursing Administrator.
4. Senior Manager Business Development
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: This is a cross-functional role that will work closely with a range of departments and stakeholders, both internally and externally in order to facilitate growth. MBA in Health Management from a reputable university with 5+ years experience; MBBS and prior healthcare experience preferred.
