Positions Vacant:
1. Senior Security Professionals
Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: The candidate should at least possess a Bachelors’s degree with specialized security certifications and training. Minimum 10 years’ experience of managing security operations, including at least 5 years in a senior security role in a large organization. Retired Armed Forces’ commissioned officers of the minimum rank of Lieutenant Colonel/Colonel or equivalent, having completed color service with satisfactory retirement order will be preferred. The position can be placed anywhere in Pakistan and involves extensive traveling.
Duties / Responsibilities: Creating deterrence to subversive activities through surveillance and preparedness. Compliance with company rules and regulations. Liaising with Government law enforcement agencies to manage and maintain the security of sensitive installations. Handling the security function at a senior level and looking after security operations at various company locations. Evaluating security risks and threats, and preparing and implementing security plans as well as preparing the Business Continuity Plan. Taking all possible measures for the protection of the company assets and personnel. Managing the outsourcing of security services and overseeing the performance of security providers. Monitoring and improving the performance of the security staff. Contributing to all security-related investigation cases. Managing and controlling security costs.
