1. Chairman (Special Professional Pay Scale (SPPS-I)
Qualification / Experience: At least a Master’s Degree (minimum 16 years of education), from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution. in any combination of the disciplines in law. business. engineering, finance, accounting. economics. petroleum, technology. sector regulation along with a demonstrable track record of senior-level policy and strategy formulation will be desirable. Degree from a recognized foreign institution will be an advantage_ Minimum 20 years of experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 10 years at a senior position, as CEO/MD and one level below the rank accumulated experience in Mid-stream and Down-stream Oil & Gas Sector would be a significant advantage. Excellent Leadership. Team Building. Analytical & inter-personal skills Proven Track Record of Successful Performance in a Competitive Environment. Pakistani citizen within the age band of 57 – 61 years at the time of the last date of submission of application. The applicant should be an eminent professional of known integrity and competence with a minimum of twenty years of related experience in law, business, engineering, finance. accounting, economics. petroleum. technology, sector regulation along with demonstrable track record of senior-level policy and strategy formulation will be desirable.
