Positions Vacant:
1. General Manager (Drilling Services)
Qualification required for the following vacant position: Bachelors of Engineering or M.Sc. Chemistry/Geology (16 years’ equivalent as recognized by HEC) from a reputable National or internationally recognized University.
Experience required for the following vacant position: 16 years’ relevant post-qualification experience including 07 years in management role(s) with reputed E&P or Oilfield services provider relevant to drilling operations or well services like drilling fluids engineering or cementation/stimulation in upstream oil & gas sector.
Responsibilities of the job: Handling operational, financial, and planning matters with the responsibility of managing teams across main domains of drilling fluids engineering & cementation /stimulation operations Resource planning, allocation including operational and developing capital budgets and yearly forecasts and developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of Drilling Services department. Ability to promote and develop HSEQ culture and training for talent development leading to succession planning. Actively implement industry best practices as part of an efficient well delivery process. The candidate must be analytical and at the same time able to have an overview of multiple operations.
The period of the contract will be three (03) years (extendable on a performance basis). The company reserves the right to stop the recruitment process at any stage. No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.

DURING MY SERVICE IN PAKISTAN STEEL , I HAVE ATTENDED / COMPLETED SEVERAL COURSES REGARDING SAFETY , FIRE FIGHTING , MANAGEMENT & ROCK BLASTING TECHNIQUES ETC
BECAUSE DURING PROJECT INCHARGE & QUARRY MANAGER I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOOK AFTER BOTH MINING PROJECTS ( LIMES STONE & DOLOMITE ) , ALL ACTIVITIES / PRODUCTION WAS CARRIED ON BY MY DIRECTIONS & MY SEPPERVISION , I ALSO SAVED SEVERAL MILLIONS OF RUPEES FOR PAKISTAN STEEL FOR MAKING ALTERATION IN PRODUCTION , IN ERECTION LOW TENSION ELECTRICAL SYSTEM & WATER SUPPLY PIPE LINES ETC , WHERE AS A QURRY MANAGER MY MAIN TECHNICAL FIELD WAS DRILLING & BLASTING BUT AS A PROJECT INCHARGE I ACCOMPLISHED ALL OTHER ACTIVITIES WITH PRODUCTION LIKE MECHANICAL MAINTAINENCE , FINANCE MATTERS , RESIDENTIAL COLONY PROBLEMS , MARKETING / PURCHASE STORE ITEMS , TO SOLVE LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE / JUDICIAL MATTERS & UTILITY MATTERS RELATED WITH HESCO AND SSGCL ETC
