As a part of the Bank’s corporate strategy, we are launching an MTOs program to hire highly talented & dynamic young university graduates to train and nurture them for future leadership roles in the Bank’s growing network.
Qualification required for the following vacant position and job: Minimum Bachelors’ degree (1st Division or equivalent) preferably in disciplines related to banking.
Note: Selected candidates will undergo six months of rigorous training in different departments of the Bank. During the training period, the Bank will pay the remuneration of Rs.35,000/- per month. After training, MTOs will be inducted in the Bank’s regular cadre of Officer Grade-II (0G-11) with salary fixation as per market benchmark and they will be entitled to all other benefits as per HR Policies of the Bank.
