Positions Vacant: 

1. Head of Human Resource

Qualification / Experience: This position consists of revamping the HR department. The incumbent should be a graduate of a reputed university with 10 years of related experience in multinational or reputed listed companies and must possess strong communication skills.

2. Head of Operations -Thermal Power Plant

Qualification / Experience: This position will be responsible for leading our new 20 MW solid-fuel based power plant. The position-holder should be B Sc. Engineering with 10 years of experience in setting up and operating a thermal power plant

3. Head of Electrical

Qualification / Experience: This position will lead to the complex electrical system having multiple power sources and users. The position-holder should be an electrical engineer with 10 years of experience in the chloralkali plant. the power plant, or the process industry.

4. Head of Logistics

Qualification / Experience: This position relates to all logistical matters consisting of inward and outward movement of goods, which include dealing with transporters, timely movement of goods, close liaison with customers and suppliers, and handling of storage terminals. The incumbent must have 10 years of related experience.

5. Head of Warehouse

Qualification / Experience: This position consists of managing the complex activities of our multi-product warehouse, The incumbent should be a graduate of a reputed university with over 10 years of experience in inventory and warehouse management in the process industry and have a strong command of soft systems

6. Manager of Quality Control

Qualification / Experience: The incumbent should have a Masters Degree in Chemistry and should have 8-10 years of Quality Control Experience in FMCG, Chemical or Petrochemical Industry

7. Assistant Manager Soap Finishing

Qualification / Experience: The candidate will manage the operations of a large soap finishing facility with multiple production lines. He should be a graduate engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing automatic production lines in soap, cosmetics, or food sectors.

8. Planning Engineer- Projects

Qualification / Experience: The candidate should be B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience in project planning and controls. He should be well versed in software such as MS Project and Prima Vera. Experience of thermal power plant project preferred

9. Mechanical Engineer with the Chinese Language

Qualification / Experience: The incumbent should be B. E. Mechanical / Industrial from a Chinese University with a 2-year experience. He must be proficient in the Chinese language to communicate with Chinese Engineers.

10. Instrument Engineer

Qualification / Experience: The incumbent should be B.Sc. Electronics Engineering with minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputed organization.

10. Assistant Manager Quality Assurance

Qualification / Experience: The incumbent should have a Master’s Degree in TOM with 4 years of QA experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or automobile sectors.

11. Assistant Manager Warehouse

Qualification / Experience: The incumbent should be a graduate with 10 years’ experience in a large warehouse and must have experience in soft systems.
