Positions Announced:
1. Company Secretary
Master’s degree in business administration/ commerce from HEC recognized university. Preference will be given to a law graduate along with the above qualification. 10 years working experience from which preferably 03 years’ experience as Company Secretary with the reputable organization(s). Extensive knowledge & experience in implementing the Board proceedings, all applicable corporate laws, rules & regulations, and other relevant best practices. Having excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
Note: The position of Company Secretary is on contract/tenure for a term of 03 years extendable on yearly basis for another two years. Serving/Retired officers (BPS 18 or 19) from Audit and Accounts Group will be preferred. Age limit: More than 50 years. Only those qualifications and experience will be considered if a documentary proof is attached up to the last date of advertisement. In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel. They must also submit No Objection concerned departments/organizations along with their applications.
