1. Director Human Resources MTI KTH / KMC / KCD

a. Masters/MBA Degree in HRM / HRD / General I Economics from a recognized university/institute. b. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP would be highly preferred.
a. Applicant must have at least an overall 10 years of progressive professional experience with 06 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resource Management in a leadership role. b, Candidates with a background in healthcare will be preferred. c. Candidate must be familiar with HRMIS/HRIS and Microsoft Office Tools. d. Broad knowledge of MTI Act & Regulations and experience in employment law, applicable government rules, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, and training and development.
