Positions Announced:
1. Survey Manager
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, social sciences, or survey research is required. 10 years of experience working in survey research or related fields, such as market research, data analysis, or program evaluation. Knowledge of statistical software and survey software, as well as experience with data cleaning, analysis, and reporting. Strong analytical skill set in the management of large data, being able to identify trends and patterns and draw conclusions from the data. Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary for communicating with stakeholders, writing reports, and presenting findings. Be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Have the ability to set priorities and deadlines, and to manage resources effectively.
2. Technical Project Manager
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as project management or computer science. Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in project management, property tax, and or related fields. Demonstrated experience in managing or coordinating teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify key findings and trends. Strong business knowledge and people management skills. Knowledge of project management methodologies, including project planning, risk management, and change management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Fluency in English, Urdu, and Sindhi.
3. Junior Procurement Specialist
Master’s Degree (at least sixteen years of education) in Business Management / Engineering/ Economics/ Finance/ Social Sciences. Degree in Procurement Management, / Project Management / Supply Chain would be accorded more weightage. Candidates having procurement-related certifications like Member Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MOPS) from CIPS, UK, Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from ISM, USA, or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS/ASCM, or equivalent shall be preferred. At least eight (5) years of documentary verifiable experience in procurement goods, works, & consulting services) with the sub-national/ national /international agencies in procurement Hands-on experience on the Standard Procurement documents.
